I get it. I was that person too, even though I knew a little about meditation but did not find it helpful. That's why I decided to learn as much as I could about it to make it simpler for myself, and eventually for others.

After 40 years of studying many traditions and teaching others just like you, I've distilled the essential elements for a practice that is easy, accessible and can be adapted to any lifestyle or personality. I want to share what I have learned to make it easier for you.

I want you to know what worked for me and why I think it can work for you too!

First of all, know that:
If you can breathe, you can meditate!

This course will show you how to meditate in THREE EASY STEPS that are flexible and which you can personalize.

These THREE EASY STEPS or lessons are covered in three modules and they will show you how to:

  • Begin your practice.
  • Deepen your practice.
  • And refine your practice.

You can establish a practice that will fit into your lifestyle and meet your needs. I will teach you all you need to know in just three modules.

Take whatever resonates and let go of the rest, All I ask is that you go through the course and give it a few weeks.

Wouldn't you want to do something everyday that will change your life in as little as three minutes?

Just three minutes of a regular practice begins to lower your blood pressure and changes your body chemistry. Just imagine what twenty minutes or an hour could do! Think of how that will affect your stress levels and how it will impact your home life, your relationships and your work.

You'll have all the resources you need right here. The videos are short - Less than 3 minutes a session on average. The handouts will contain all the information in the video in an expanded format, in addition to reflection questions and exercises to practice.

NOTHING will take more than a few minutes of your time to learn! Everything has been designed to be done in small doable chunks.

Some of you may find all you want or need in the first module. Each subsequent module goes deeper. By the end of this course you will truly have all you will ever need for a life-long and life-changing practice..

The important thing is that you find something that resonates with you and then find a time that works for you to practice. For me it is first thing in the morning,

Start slowly - just 5 minutes. will begin the journey and make a difference, then proceed from there. Work up to ten minutes if you can. Then maybe fifteen minutes. I promise that if you do, you will notice a difference!

I am passionate about meditation and I want to help you get going. I want it to make a difference in your life. Maybe the word "meditation" is too daunting or intimidating. That's okay. Call it mindfulness, relaxation, "me time" - whatever works for you. But just remember, there is no wrong way to meditate. The older I get, the simpler it is for me, but boy does my day end up being different when I skip it!

Keep it simple! It might mean doing a little breathing with your coffee. Or using some positive affirmations. Or, if you're lucky - it could mean walking by the beach every sunrise or with your dog.

I studied and taught meditation for over 40 years and other healing modalities for over 30 years. These include various lineages of Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and yoga, and I am passionate about helping others find their practice.

My primary background has been as an educator, teaching spiritual and theological disciplines in academic settings for many years - in addition to introducing many to the skills and fine arts of meditation, yoga, EFT, Reiki, and other energy modalities. I've been blessed with with wonderful friends, family, students - and the opportunity to travel and live abroad during my formative years.
Though retired, I continue to immerse myself in the study of spirituality, and diverse disciplines, sharing these interests and knowledge with others.
My formal education includes a doctorate in spirituality, education, and curriculum development.  

I am passionate about helping others find and establish a practice that works for them. I would love to work with you!
